I can't believe it's been a year, but here we are... Working Actor Wisdom is celebrating its first anniversary!
I'm a big believer in stopping every so often to look back at the progress you've made, and with fall season looming, this is a perfect opportunity. In the past year, Working Actor Wisdom clients have done some amazing things. You've signed with fantastic new agents and managers from boutiques to the big guns; you've booked a huge variety of roles in television, film, voiceover, and new media; and most importantly, you've gained a new sense of confidence and control in your creative lives and careers.
Whether or not you had those kinds of successes in the last year, I bet you accomplished more than you realize. Did you make new professional contacts? Improve your skills by taking a great class? Upgrade your marketing with new head shots or improvements to your online presence? This week, take a moment to look back at the work you've done, and give yourself credit.
Whatever you've done, you've been a huge inspiration to me, helping me remember to practice what I preach and pushing me to have what's been the most successful year of my own acting career yet. Thank you for your dedication and perseverance, and here's to more success in the year ahead!
